From the very beginning, David was professional, knowledgeable, and extremely thorough. He conducted a detailed inspection of my roof and took the time to show me clear pictures of all the damage. He carefully explained what repairs would be needed, including issues with my chimney that I wasn’t even aware of.

What really stood out to me was how much valuable information he shared. David took the time to educate me on insurance policies, including the difference between RCV (Replacement Cost Value) and ACV (Actual Cash Value). This was information I had never fully understood before, and it actually helped me make changes to my insurance coverage. He also explained how insurance companies operate and some of the tactics they use, which gave me a better understanding of the entire process.

In addition to inspecting my roof, David pointed out areas on my porch where recent work had not been done correctly and offered to fix those issues as well. He even went above and beyond by tarping my roof to prevent further damage until repairs can be completed. On top of that, he took the time to visit another property I own, tarp that roof, and provide an estimate—something I truly appreciated.

David was not only skilled and informative, but also kind, respectful, and patient. He worked around my schedule without any issues and made sure I fully understood everything without using complicated or confusing language.

Overall, David is a true asset to NextGen Restoration Incorporated. His professionalism, honesty, and willingness to go the extra mile set him apart. I have absolutely no complaints—only great things to say.

I called NextGen for help. I’m built for luxury, not speed if you catch my drift. Not going up a ladder that high. Brandon called me less than 20 minutes after my initial call. We talked briefly about what came off. Brandon called back a little later to tell me they’d be at my house early next week. We firmed up Tuesday as the day. Brandon arrived before the scheduled time. Not many companies are on it like that. He realized he needed a larger ladder, made a call, then instead of standing around, he went over to another call a few streets over. He returned with 2 additional crew members, Emmett and David. They got after it and the job was done in 20 minutes. Consummate professionals. Everybody was polite and respectful of my yard. They did a bang up job too. Looks beautiful. I was out of warranty on my siding but they came out anyway and I paid $0. I’d recommend NextGen to anyone.
